Product Technical Data
 Mainly used for cars, business vehicles and buses.
 Fast dry and easy to use, excellent leveling performance and adhesive force, It can be tuned out all kinds of plain colors, metallic colors and pearl.
 
Surface treatment
Clean with hot suds; degrease; polish with 800#-1000# sand paper, wash with clean water, degrease again after completely dry.
 
Spray Gun & viscosity
 Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm4-5kg/cm2
  Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 4-5kg/cm2        
  14-16 seconds by 4# Zahn cup at 25°C
 
Spray method
     Wet spray 2-3 coats, volatilization time between coats: 5-10 mins. depending on the temperature and film thickness, film thickness (dry film): 20-30μm

Proportion	Based on 70% transfer efficiency, for 25μm single coat: Theoretical value: 8 sq.meters./ litre (diluted) Theoretical value: 16 sq.meters./ litre (undiluted)
Application	For hardened and polished coats, 2k floating coats or air-drying primer and plastic body or autobody parts sprayed with treating agent and etc.
Notes	1. Degrease the primer film first, then dry after sanding with 800#-1000# wet sand paper   2. Appropriate amount of BCS should be added on case the temperature is above 30°C. (Refer to instructions of BCS for more details)   3. For metallic paint the film thickness should be 15-25μm, otherwise it will be easy to deduct adhesive force and make the power flocking together.

1. Customer to send the enquiry with brief/detailed requirements.

2. Jinwei to provide the professional quotation with details to customers based on customer's request.

3. Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc.

4. Jinwei to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose.

5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to CHL.

6. Jinwei to produce the pre-production sample as per customer's specific requirements.

7. Jinwei to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval.

8. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples.

9. Jinwei to start the mass production after getting customer's approval for pre-production sample.

10. Jinwei to send the photos of mass production and mass products to customer for reference.

11. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder's warehouse.
