THE SMART SOLUTION

ROCH S Series is sufficient to shake the required tinter just shortly before dosing. As a consequence storage in common shelves at constant temperature is sufficient. The tin sizes have been selected according to the usage and therefore high storage costs and expired shelf lives will be avoided. Due to paint-in-paint mixing without any binders, activators or other additives custom made mixouts for smaller surfaces are possible. Easy application For mixing and finding formulations as well as for using the color documentation or spectrophotometer no changes in the way of working are necessary
 

EASY APPLICATION

The application of ROCH is possible with standard spray booths and common spray guns. Left overs are usable for a long time, cost for waste, disposal is declining.

 

KEY BENEFITS

Colour- and product reliability 

By adding 10-20 % ROCH-Thinner as the only addition to the top tinters the viscosity is adjusted ready to spray. The addition within very narrow limits and without any other additives increases the safety in use of the product. The colour can be immediately judged during the application. Because of the high thixotropy of the top tinters the danger of colour differences caused by insufficient stirring is avoided completely. Therefore colour shades are achieved easily and safely with an immediate possibility to judge them on the object.

 

Highest efficiency + Covering power = Time savings

ROCH S series covers already with the first coat. Usually the second coat only serves the effect adjustment and the perfection of the colour.

In spite of the slower drying times of other oilbased systems in general therefore the total duration of coatings can be reduced. The material consumption is at minimum 25 % less compared with conventional systems.

 

Economic environmental protection

Because of the low emmissions of organic solvents of ROCH, which are significantly lower than the presently valid and even the possibly coming legal limits, the overal emmissions in a body shop are reduced by a large part. This effective environmental protection in any way is achieved without any additional costs. Because of a possible higher image at customers or governments but also because of lower costs for air cleaning and waste disposal this even can lead to higher profits

 

Excellent application

For the use of ROCH topcoat Color System II serves as a help for finding and comparing colours. The colours are sorted by colour groups and with narrow differences between each other. Excellent application After the research by colour code therefore possible variants or colour differences caused by any other reasons compared to the original colour can be found quickly and safely in the Roch Color System. The search by Color-System-Number leads to a colour corresponding to the relevant colour chip in the system.
