Description:

Epoxy auxiliary is a specially formulated 100% volume solids (solvent less) two component epoxy. Typically used in a 3 layer coating system for superior corrosion protection of field welded joints of steel pipes or as an overcoat in multi-layer sleeve systems, this product provides the assurance that the pipe is fully protected and it will not be displaced and exposed to corrosive contaminants during the aligning & shrinking stages of the sleeve installation. 

Application:

Recommended use:

Solvent Free High Tensile Epoxy Coating (HEC) is a kind of combined coating of Group A and Group B, and should be mixed according to certain proportion (A:B=100:20-25) which is adjustable according to the real environmental temperature and complete the coating according to the prescribed time (About 30 minutes). In the process, brush coating, roller coating, doctor coating and bicomponent airless spray coater can be employed. The proper depth of the steel tube surface anchor stripe is desired to be 50-70μ m. The Products will change from a liquid to a solid when the environmental temperature lower than 15°C. So you need make it liquid first, as by heating. ( the temperature of Product A≤35°C, the temperature of Product B≤30°C). 

Physical and Chemical Properties:

Isophorone (IPHO) is an unsaturated cyclic ketone with highboiling point. It's an isomers mixture of a-isophorone (3,5,5-Trimethyl-2-Cyclohexen-1-One) and b-isophorone  (3,5,5-Trimethyl-3-Cyclohexen-1-One). As a result of its particular chemical structure, Isophorone has an excellent dissolving power for various organics, polymers, resins and chemical products.

Usages:

Isophorone is widly employed as a highboiling solvent in paints and varnishes, especially for PVDF resins and as levelling agent for polyacrylate, alkyde, epoxy and phenolic resins. Isophorone is the raw material for preparation of IPDA (isophorone diamine), IPDI (isophorone diisocyanate) and 3,5-Xylenol. In the herbicide and insecticide formulations, isophorone is also used and show its excellent emulsifying properties and high stability.

3.For new design mold Lead time for making sample:about 7 days,and should to pay the sample fee as 

600RMB each design.

For sample we accept the payment sent by West Union,T/T, for orders, we can accept T/T.
