Construction references of lacquer:
 

Surface treatment	Make sure that the surface of substrate is clean, dry, flat, solid and free  of such impurities as oil contaminant and rust before painting; Moisture  content in the substrate is below 10%; it is recommended to use putty  for grinding and leveling.
Mixing and diluting	Add (10-15)% fresh water for dilution and uniform agitation prior to use.
Construction condition	Construction temperature is (5~35) °C; Relative humidity is ≤80%;  PH value of surface painted is no more than 10;  never proceed with construction in case of rain.
Construction method	Brush, roller or sprayer
Tools cleaning	Clean with clearwater immediately after painting.
